TERMS OF PAYMENT


1. TRANSPORT POLICY
Mode of transportation: We will deliver the goods / products to customers through carrier partners (for customer orders in the city of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City) or by mail (For with customers in the suburbs, other cities) by the consignee address that you registered when ordering.
Delivery time:
For orders in Hanoi (applied to the Ba Dinh, Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, Hai Ba Trung, Cau Giay, Tay Ho, Hoang Mai, Thanh Xuan, Ha Dong,

Thanh Tri, Long Bien, Tu Liem ), you will receive the product within 24 hours.

Orders in the inner city. Ho Chi Minh, the delivery time of less than 24 hours.

The other cities, delivery time is from 3 to 7 days depending on the distance

(Please add 48 hours if time is between 18h ordered Saturday to 12 am Sunday).

Shipping Costs: We apply the shipping policies are as follows:

  • For orders> = 200,000, you get free shipping, delivery within 24 hours.

2. POLICY CHANGE / PAY

The case of barter
• For defective product upon receipt, customers please contact customer care department procedures 0947636068 to return / exchange.

The case does not accept barter:

• You have peeled open the box

• You did not operate exactly as directed, cause product failures.

Conditions barter

• Conditions on the time of barter: within 7 days after receiving the goods.

The process, how to barter customers:

Step 1: Verify status of barter

Step 3: Customers shipping

Step 4: We acknowledge and shipping to customers

3. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
